Configuring Vivotek cameras to work with Bluecherry

This knowledge base article will help you configure a Vivotek 7xxx camera with Version 2 (Beta)

First login to the IP camera. You will need the administrator login and password to the Vivotek camera to make the neccessary changes.

Click the configuration button

Next, click on the Video icon

Make sure stream 1 is selected as MPEG-4 and make sure stream 2 is selected as JPEG.

Save changes and you should be able to add this camera into the beta with this information
