Effective November 1, 2023 Bluecherry version 3 (and newer) customers can reset their licenses online in the event of a hardware change or reinstallation.

In order to reset your license please visit our licenses page.

You will need to reset your password for the first login as we generate a random (and secure) password to create your account.

Show licenses

Once logged in all your Bluecherry licenses are shown along with the date of the license creation, expiration date (if any) and the amount of activations.

Unless otherwise indicated each license can only be activated on one server at a time. In the event of a hardware change or reinstallation you can delete the activation by clicking on 'Activations':

Click on the hostname and then click the three dots (circled below) and then click delete.

You can now install the license again on a new server.
